The cost of internal communal area cleaning service for a residential block varies, depending upon the design and finish of the building, how often is the service required i.e. daily, weekly, monthly, storage availability for our cleaning materials and equipment, parking, etc. External cleaning work such as sweeping, litter picking and bin area cleaning would add a small amount to the charge.
